Payments
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed by Stripe; WSM Domains does not store your card number. Charges appear on your card statement as WSM Domains (Adgrafix).
Refunds and auto-renew
Registrations and renewals take effect as soon as your payment is confirmed; transfers complete when the current registrar releases the domain. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, redemptions and contact privacy are non-refundable once the order completes, because the registry charges us at that moment. If you are charged and the order fails (for example the registry rejects the name), we refund the charge in full. For billing questions contact domainsupport@wsmdomains.com before raising a dispute with your card issuer.
Auto-renew is on by default and charges your saved card before the expiry date so your domain does not lapse. You can turn auto-renew off at any time in your account; the domain then expires at the end of its paid term. Turning it off does not refund the current term.
Privacy
We do not share, sell or trade your personal information with anyone, except where required by legal process. We use your contact details to send account and renewal notices, and occasionally information about our services; you can unsubscribe from service announcements, but account and renewal notices continue. Domain registrations are governed by the Tucows Domains Inc. registration agreement and WHOIS privacy terms.
