Our Migration Date is upon us! We're making final preparations to migrate your domains and accounts to our new control panel and domain name management and registration system.

Our look and feel will be changing over the next few days. Please be patient with us as we make this transition. In addition to a new control panel we will also be going live with a new website upon our migration completion.
How is the migration going to work?
Migration Start Date: Monday January 23, 11 AM EST
Migration ETA: 3 Days
Impact: As domains are moved to the new system there will be cross-over where you may have some domains in the new system and some still in the old.
To ensure a smooth and efficient migration each domain will be moved individually to the new system.
Domains pointing at our name servers with active zones will have DNS copied to the new system and the name servers will be updated. This process is being done for each domain individually to prevent any disruption in service. However, because each domain is being moved one at a time, you may receive your new login email while you still have some domains in the old control panel.
Once all of your domains migrate you will only be able to log into the new control panel.What to do after the migration is complete:
- If you did not receive your login information email use the Password and Account Recovery Tool here: http://portal.wsmdomains.com/password or contact us for help.
- Check your Account Information page and make any needed changes. This is your master profile contact and new orders are based on this contact.
- Add a credit card to your profile if you want. We are not moving over credit cards from the old system.
- Set up automatic renewals for your domains. Be sure to manually renew any domains set to expire within the next 60 days first.
